Refund Policy

Full refund, any time before delivery. Annual reports are delivered in December; the drawdown reflection is delivered within 48 hours of your answers. Until the moment of delivery, you can ask for a refund and receive it in full.

Delivered digital content (readings, reports, letters) is normally non-refundable, because it cannot be returned. Exceptions: where the law of your country requires otherwise, and where we failed to deliver what was described.

If your local law gives you a right to withdraw from a digital purchase within a cooling- off period, that right is not affected by these terms — contact us and we will honour it.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by replying to any email we send; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for periods already started, except where the law requires it.

Email hello@mysticregime.com with the receipt or the report link. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Refunded orders are never delivered — if a refund is processed before delivery, the report will not be produced.
